06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
02 - Lay out bread slices and spread a generous layer of the filling over each. Top with another slice to form sandwiches and press gently.
03 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut four circles from each sandwich.
04 - Pour shredded coconut onto a plate for coating.
05 - Lightly brush edges of each sandwich bite with water or cream cheese to help coconut adhere. Roll sides and tops in shredded coconut to cover completely.
