# How to Make It:
01 - In a medium mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, goat cheese, shredded cheddar, chives, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully incorporated.
02 - Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap and form into an 8-inch log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
03 - In a shallow dish, combine parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest, mixing evenly.
04 - Unwrap the chilled cheese log and roll it in the herb mixture, pressing gently to coat evenly on all sides.
05 - Place the herb-coated log on a serving platter and arrange assorted crackers in a circular pattern around it.
