# What You'll Need:

01 - 4 large celery stalks, roughly chopped
02 - 1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
03 - 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
04 - 1 medium lemon, juiced

05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup
06 - 1 pinch Himalayan salt

07 - 1 cup ice cubes
08 - 1/2 cup cold water
# How to Make It:
01 - Roughly chop celery stalks, peel and slice ginger into thin pieces, measure mint leaves, and juice the lemon into a small bowl.
02 - Place celery, ginger, mint leaves, lemon juice, agave syrup, and Himalayan salt into a high-speed blender.
03 - Add ice cubes and cold water to the blender.
04 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth, approximately 45-60 seconds.
05 - Pour the mixture through a fine mesh sieve or nut milk bag into a pitcher or large glass to remove pulp, if desired.
06 - Taste the juice and adjust sweetness or salt as needed. Serve immediately over additional ice if desired.
