# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes less time than scrolling before bed and actually helps you feel ready to rest.
  • The tart cherry flavor is bright but not too sweet, so it feels refreshing instead of heavy.
  • You can adjust the sweetness and fizz to match your mood without measuring anything twice.
  • It became my favorite way to mark the transition from doing to being.
02 -
  • Don't skip the ice, room temperature cherry juice just doesn't hit the same and the chill is part of what makes this feel like a treat.
  • If you use sweetened cherry juice by mistake, leave out the honey entirely or it will taste like candy instead of calming.
  • Magnesium can have a slight mineral taste depending on the brand, so start with a teaspoon and adjust from there.
03 -
  • Keep a bottle of tart cherry juice in the fridge so you can make this on a whim without planning ahead.
  • If you're sensitive to carbonation at night, use still water and add a squeeze of lime for brightness instead of fizz.
  • Garnish only if it makes you happy, some nights I skip it entirely and the drink still does its job perfectly.
