# What You'll Need:
→ Dough
01 - 1 lb refrigerated pizza dough
→ Sauce
02 - 1/2 cup pizza sauce
→ Toppings
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
04 - 24 slices pepperoni or vegetarian pepperoni
05 - 12 small black olives, pitted and sliced
→ Garnish
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough to approximately 1/4 inch thickness. Cut out 24 circles using a 2-inch round cookie cutter and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Lightly brush each dough circle with olive oil.
04 - Spread 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce evenly over each dough circle.
05 - Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over each mini pizza.
06 - Place a slice of pepperoni horizontally across the center of each mini pizza to resemble Santa’s belt.
07 - Add a sliced black olive on top of the pepperoni to mimic the belt buckle.
08 - Optionally, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each pizza.
09 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and dough is golden brown.
10 - Allow to cool for 2 minutes before serving.
