02 - 2 cups hot water

→ Peach Syrup

03 - 1 cup peach nectar or juice
04 - 2 tbsp simple syrup (or honey/agave for vegan option)

→ Lemonade

05 - 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4 lemons)
06 - 1/2 cup cold water
07 - 1/4 cup sugar (adjust to taste)

08 - Ice cubes
09 - Fresh peach slices (optional)
10 - Mint leaves (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Pour 2 cups of hot water (about 80°C/175°F) over the green tea bags. Steep for 2–3 minutes, then remove the tea bags and let the tea cool.
02 - In a pitcher, combine lemon juice, 1/2 cup cold water, and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir well until sugar dissolves completely.
03 - In a small bowl, mix together peach nectar and simple syrup (or honey/agave).
04 - Fill glasses with ice. In each glass, combine equal parts cooled green tea, peach syrup, and lemonade. Stir gently to mix.
05 - Garnish with fresh peach slices and mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Its like sipping summer through a straw but with fewer lines and more control over the sweetness.
  • When I want something bright that doesn’t taste like a sugar bomb, this is my go-to.
02 -
  • If you let the tea steep too long, the drink gets astringent and loses that delicate background note.
  • Homemade peach purée made one batch taste spectacularly juicy—I never looked back after trying that tweak.
03 -
  • Letting the tea cool fully before mixing keeps the ice from diluting the final flavor.
  • A splash of homemade peach purée instead of juice will win over any doubters.
