- For the Filling: 5–6 ripe plums pitted and thinly sliced, 3 tbsp clover honey (plus extra for drizzling), 2 tbsp turbinado or demerara sugar, 1 tbsp cornstarch, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, Pinch of salt
- For Assembly: 1 egg beaten (for egg wash), 1 tbsp turbinado sugar (for sprinkling), Fresh clover blossoms or edible flowers optional
