02 - 1 ripe avocado
03 - 2 tablespoons red onion, finely minced
04 - 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1 Roma tomato, seeded and finely diced

# How to Make It:
01 - Place eggs in a saucepan and cover fully with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Once boiling, cover, remove from heat, and allow eggs to sit for 10 minutes.
02 - Transfer eggs to an ice bath and cool for 5 minutes. Peel and slice eggs lengthwise.
03 - Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until finely crumbled.
04 - Halve avocado, remove pit, and scoop flesh into bowl with the mashed yolks. Blend until smooth.
05 - Add red onion, jalapeño, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, black pepper, and diced Roma tomato. Stir thoroughly to combine.
06 - Pipe or spoon the guacamole filling into each egg white half.
07 - Dust deviled eggs with smoked paprika and top with fresh cilantro leaves.
08 - Refrigerate until ready for service. Serve chilled.
